Can I change servers during my subscription?
Yes, anytime and at no extra cost. If your team grows, upgrade to the next server and the difference is prorated. You can also downgrade at the end of your commitment period.
Where is my data hosted?
Your data is hosted on secured servers with daily backups. On-premise hosting is available for public or government organizations.
What does the implementation include?
Implementation includes process audit, full Odoo configuration for your industry, data migration from existing systems (Excel, legacy software), testing and go-live. Billed once at signup.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, on monthly plans you're free to cancel anytime. Annual and 2-year plans offer discounts with a contractual commitment. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans.
